About the role
Lead enterprise strategy for STAR Ratings, Member Experience, and Risk Adjustment to optimize clinical quality and financial performance. Provide clinical oversight of Appeals and Grievances to enhance member satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Lead STAR Ratings strategy to achieve 4+ STAR ratings. • Oversee HEDIS, HOS, and administrative measure performance. • Drive improvements in member experience and CAHPS. • Serve as executive owner of RAF clinical strategy and performance. • Provide clinical oversight of Appeals and Grievances processes.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years health plan quality leadership experience. • 5+ years senior leadership experience. • Minimum 3 years clinical experience. • Active unrestricted RN license in any US state. • Expertise in STAR ratings and CAHPS required.
