About the role
Lead product direction and business outcomes for GitLab's SaaS platforms including GitLab.com and GitLab Dedicated. Balance customer needs with operating costs and gross margin to build sustainable platform businesses.
What you’ll do
• Set product strategy and roadmap for SaaS platforms. • Drive platform reliability, scalability, and operability improvements. • Define rate limits, usage limits, and monetization approach. • Scale GitLab Dedicated with automation and operational improvements. • Own business and technical product direction including P&L.
What you’ll bring
• Experience leading product portfolio at director level. • Technical product experience with cloud platforms or SaaS. • Ability to connect product decisions to commercial outcomes. • Experience translating platform challenges into priorities. • Work authorization for United States or Canada.
