Lead Aspen Collection's wholesale channel strategy and build a multi-year growth plan. Manage relationships with boutiques and rep groups to scale wholesale operations.

• Own end-to-end wholesale growth strategy. • Set channel priorities and expansion sequencing. • Build wholesale org structure and rep network. • Present strategy and performance to leadership. • Manage account health and wholesale operations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 7+ years wholesale sales or rep group leadership. • Established boutique and rep group relationships. • Experience with wholesale systems and compliance. • Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
