About the role
Lead and manage state and local ballot measure campaigns to advance proportional representation and democracy reforms. Oversee campaign operations, partnerships, and strategy execution across multiple campaigns.
What you’ll do
• Lead day-to-day execution of state and local campaigns. • Manage campaign plans, timelines, budgets, and staff. • Track campaign performance and report to leadership. • Support partners with technical assistance and coalition building. • Develop tools and best practices for campaign replication.
What you’ll bring
• Run a statewide campaign from launch to election day. • Experience managing budgets and staff. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Work authorization for United States. • Familiarity with campaign finance regulations.
