About the role
Lead and own the revenue operations for Fundraising, building systems and processes to scale growth. Partner with VP on strategy and organizational effectiveness with a chief-of-staff dimension.
What you’ll do
• Build and own fundraising data, systems, and process architecture. • Define and track fundraising KPIs aligned to strategic goals. • Develop revenue systems with Finance and Donor Experience teams. • Manage workforce planning and hiring priorities. • Lead cross-functional collaboration and represent fundraising to other functions.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in revenue or business operations or chief-of-staff role. • Experience with CRM/pipeline systems like Salesforce. • Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills. • Proven cross-functional relationship management. • Excellent communication for internal and board materials.
