About the role
Calculate and code disability benefits and offsets, communicate overpayments, and manage claim recoveries. Work with group disability contracts and income sources affecting benefits.
What you’ll do
• Calculate and code STD and LTD benefits in Navigator. • Inform Plan Member of overpayment amounts clearly. • Follow-up and negotiate repayment plans. • Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator.
What you’ll bring
• Strong customer service and empathy skills. • Experience in disability benefit calculations. • Proficiency in MS Office suite. • Able to interpret group insurance contracts. • Bilingualism (English and French) required in Québec.
