About the role
Serve as an advocate for Medicaid members navigating Social Security disability benefits. Manage applications, communicate with members and agencies, and ensure accurate processing.
What you’ll do
• Serve as main contact for health plan members. • Manage relationships with medical providers and agencies. • Gather and submit necessary forms and records. • Manage cases proactively until benefits secured. • Maintain HIPAA and data security compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years customer service experience. • Experience in social services or disability claims a plus. • Fluent in English and Spanish. • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and multiple platforms. • Work authorization for United States.
