About the role
Support development and implementation of inclusive, accessible, student-centred practices across the University. Focus on accessibility, academic accommodations, and diversity policy implementation.
What you’ll do
• Develop Diversity and Inclusion coordination structure. • Support engagement with diverse student groups. • Coordinate staff and faculty training. • Track and report on Diversity and Inclusion activities. • Coordinate academic accommodation processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field. • Minimum 4 years in grants management or donor-funded projects. • Fluency in French. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
