About the role
Oversee financial strategy, analysis, and management for the Great Plains Division covering 10 states. Lead finance team and support divisional leadership in budgeting and resource allocation.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement financial strategy for Great Plains Division. • Lead and manage 18-member finance team including six direct reports. • Provide financial expertise and decision support to division leadership. • Lead long-range financial planning and sustainability efforts. • Ensure compliance with financial standards and legal requirements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and 7 years experience. • Experience with accounting principles and financial systems. • Experience managing financial operations of large organizational units. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Professional certification such as CPA or CIA preferred.
