About the role
Coordinate well design and planning activities, lead well planning teams, and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide technical support during drilling operations and manage well cost tracking.
What you’ll do
• Lead well planning and design with multi-disciplinary team. • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards. • Develop detailed engineering and drilling procedures. • Support supply chain during tender processes. • Mentor and develop junior engineers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related. • Master's degree in related discipline. • IWCF Level 1 certification or higher. • 4 to 6 years relevant drilling engineering experience. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
