About the role
Coordinate day-to-day operations for a coconut beverage startup, managing suppliers, purchasing, logistics, and projects to meet deadlines.
What you’ll do
• Manage communication with co-packers and ingredient suppliers. • Draft purchase orders and track deliveries. • Coordinate freight, customs, and cold-chain logistics. • Monitor production runs and stock levels. • Prepare regulatory paperwork and support CEO.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in operations or supply chain, F&B preferred. • Knowledge of import/export documentation. • Clear written and spoken English. • Proficient with spreadsheets and Google Workspace. • Highly organised and able to work remotely.
