About the role
Manage onboarding and operation of TradFi and real-world asset products for Binance Earn. Collaborate cross-functionally to design and optimize crypto-native financial products.
What you’ll do
• Identify and onboard high-quality TradFi/RWA assets. • Research and redesign traditional finance products for crypto. • Collaborate with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations. • Translate financial mechanisms into scalable Earn products. • Analyze market trends and support product lifecycle management.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in product operations or wealth management. • Strong product design and lifecycle management skills. • Deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, structured products. • Experience in asset management, brokerage, or banking. • Work authorization for Hong Kong or remote as applicable.
