Lead email marketing campaigns and customer journeys to increase retention, loyalty, and revenue. Manage multi-channel marketing automation and coach the marketing team.
What you’ll do
• Create and manage lifecycle automations and campaigns. • Personalize communications across email, SMS, push channels. • Use data to build segmentation for targeted messaging. • Build and optimize journeys in SFMC, Klaviyo, Braze. • Lead and develop the marketing team.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years email and database marketing experience. • 2+ years people management experience. • Experience with Braze, Klaviyo, SF Marketing Cloud. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM. • Strong analytical and project management skills.
