About the role
Manage end-to-end payroll execution for assigned EMEA countries ensuring accuracy and compliance. Serve as payroll subject-matter expert supporting statutory and system requirements.
What you’ll do
• Process Austrian and DACH payrolls accurately and timely. • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and filings. • Validate and correct payroll data, resolve discrepancies. • Support payroll system upgrades and harmonization. • Document and implement standardized payroll procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or HR. • 5+ years experience in complex payroll processing. • Strong Austrian payroll expertise and regulations knowledge. • German proficiency at B2 level and professional English. • Ability to manage priorities and handle escalations.
