About the role
Detect emerging fraud trends and behaviors across Twilio Network channels using AI tools. Research new fraud behaviors by analyzing industry trends and large-scale data.
What you’ll do
• Perform independent research using AI tools to identify fraud trends. • Work with data scientists to create ML models for fraud detection. • Stress test network for vulnerabilities. • Analyze messaging and voice traffic for fraudulent patterns. • Develop and execute fraud mitigation strategies.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in fraud investigations or security analysis. • Advanced data analysis, SQL, and visualization skills. • Proven fraud mitigation strategy experience. • Strong incident response leadership. • Experience in CPaaS or payments industry preferred.
