About the role
Lead the design and management of the employee accommodations program ensuring compliance with ADA and related laws. Provide consultative guidance to support an inclusive workplace.
What you’ll do
• Manage accommodation requests per ADA and related laws. • Lead interactive accommodation process with stakeholders. • Review medical documentation and determine accommodations. • Develop and maintain accommodation policies and procedures. • Provide training and guidance on legal obligations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. • 3–5+ years managing employee accommodations. • Knowledge of ADA and employment laws. • Experience with medical documentation analysis. • Work authorization for United States.
