About the role
Administer and coordinate employee health compliance programs for a distributed clinical workforce. Manage OSHA respiratory protection and other health compliance workflows remotely.
What you’ll do
• Administer and track OSHA respiratory protection medical evaluation. • Coordinate and track N95 fit-testing completion. • Manage Hepatitis B vaccination and compliance. • Manage TB screening and post-exposure follow-up. • Maintain employee health compliance dashboard and reports.
What you’ll bring
• Active unrestricted LPN/LVN license in relevant state. • Minimum 2 years nursing experience, preferably in occupational health. • Knowledge of OSHA and CDC TB screening standards. • Highly organized and self-directed in remote work. • Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
