About the role
Provide expert employee relations guidance, coaching, and support globally. Lead internal investigations and drive policy updates aligned with organizational goals.
What you’ll do
• Advise HR and leaders on employee relations issues. • Coach on performance management strategies. • Lead internal workplace investigations. • Draft and implement employee relations policies. • Analyze employee relations data and prepare reports.
What you’ll bring
• 5 years Human Resources experience with employee relations focus. • 3 years conducting internal investigations independently. • Knowledge of US employment laws including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA. • Authorized to work in the United States. • JD or legal background in employment law desirable.
