About the role
Lead employee relations cases including performance, investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries. Build and shape the ER function to support a rapidly growing global workforce.
What you’ll do
• Lead formal performance processes end to end. • Run investigations into misconduct and grievances. • Manage disciplinary and dismissal matters. • Partner with legal counsel to assess risk. • Build playbooks and training to reduce case volume.
What you’ll bring
• Experience leading employee relations cases. • Strong judgment and discretion. • Knowledge of employment law principles. • Skilled in documentation and coaching leads. • Experience with global or multi-jurisdiction teams.
