About the role
Manage and enhance HR compliance programs and policies ensuring alignment with employment laws. Provide compliance guidance and support process improvements across the organization.
What you’ll do
• Manage employee relations activities including corrective actions and investigations. • Advise on compliance with state and federal employment laws. • Maintain HR compliance processes and policies. • Create SOPs for compliance policies and programs. • Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 3+ years in HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or Compliance role. • Experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations. • Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
