About the role
Serve as the primary employer-facing representative for workforce support services. Conduct outreach, assessments, recruitment support, and employer follow-up activities.
What you’ll do
• Conduct employer outreach in Borderplex service area. • Develop and maintain employer relationships. • Perform workforce needs assessments. • Assist employers with Work In Texas system. • Support recruitment and hiring events.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum three years employer-facing experience. • Strong relationship-building skills. • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. • Work authorization for United States.
