About the role

What you’ll do
• Provide video/audio visits for diabetes and weight management patients. • Supervise care by non-physician clinicians via case review meetings. • Support patients on all diabetes therapies and technologies. • Apply for and maintain required state licenses. • Perform other assigned duties.
What you’ll bring
• MD or DO degree required. • Active MD or DO license in at least one state. • Board Certification required. • Active DEA license required. • Strong computer skills and EMR proficiency.
