About the role
Lead the engineering team for homeowner and partner systems in a fintech and proptech ecosystem. Balance hands-on engineering with people management focusing on cloud infrastructure and AI-first practices.
What you’ll do
• Own AWS infrastructure architecture and evolution. • Drive security, observability, and reliability practices. • Define and implement AI-first engineering practices. • Manage and develop full-stack engineering team. • Collaborate with product, QA, Salesforce, and offshore teams.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years full-stack or platform engineering experience. • 3+ years managing engineers while hands-on. • Deep AWS and AWS CDK experience. • Strong TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL skills. • US work authorization, PST or MST timezone preferred.
