About the role
Lead the team building the serverless containers product for AI applications on European sovereign cloud infrastructure. Manage engineers while contributing to architecture and technical challenges.
What you’ll do
• Own container platform end to end including image delivery and request routing. • Solve cold start problems with snapshotting and caching. • Treat AI workloads as normal case with GPU-backed containers. • Write Go and own architecture decisions. • Manage hiring, performance, and growth of engineers.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years people leadership managing engineers. • Shipped production systems in Go. • Built container or workload platforms. • Deep Linux knowledge: namespaces, cgroups, image layers. • Experience with multi-tenancy and complex backend systems. • Work authorization for listed locations.
