About the role
Manage and grow enterprise customer accounts to reduce churn and increase revenue. Support customer success through data analysis, training, and relationship building.
What you’ll do
• Retain and increase ARR from existing customers. • Build trusted advisor relationships. • Identify and solve customer challenges. • Upsell and cross-sell Linewize Suite products. • Maintain high customer retention rate.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in Account Management or Customer Success. • Experience with multiple products and upselling. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Edtech experience preferred. • Full working rights in the US.
