About the role
Manage relationships with top customers to customize Samsara's IoT platform for their fleet operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and long-term partnership.
What you’ll do
• Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability. • Compose joint success plans with customers. • Orchestrate executive business reviews. • Conduct workshops to recommend workflow changes. • Mentor Customer Success and Support teams.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years senior Customer Success or account management experience. • Experience with technical products and enterprise SaaS preferred. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution. • Fluency in German required. • Legal right to work in Germany.
