About the role
Help Enterprise customers deploy and adopt Samsara's IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets. Own customer relationships and ensure successful deployments.
What you’ll do
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers. • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage. • Track implementation progress and account health. • Run training sessions and demonstrate technology. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years senior Customer Success or strategic consulting experience. • Experience with technical products and SaaS preferred. • Strong problem solving and project management skills. • Excellent consultative and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree and US work authorization.
