About the role
Support the Head Enterprise Risk Management in designing and overseeing the bank's risk management framework. Ensure effective risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation across the bank.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain risk policies and frameworks. • Ensure compliance with CBN regulations. • Coordinate Risk and Control Self-Assessments. • Identify and aggregate risks across categories. • Prepare enterprise risk reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field. • 2-5 years experience in banking risk management. • Knowledge of CBN regulatory framework. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
