About the role
Assist in developing and implementing global Compliance Risk Management Program. Lead risk assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to manage compliance risks effectively.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement Compliance Risk Management Program. • Assist with Anti-Financial Crime EWRA process annually. • Lead risk assessments of Financial Crime segments. • Liaise with Business Unit Compliance for Product Risk Assessments. • Support policy and process development for risk mitigation.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years compliance experience in regulated financial services. • 2+ years in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation. • Experience with AI-driven automation and prompt engineering. • Proficiency in SQL and Python coding skills. • Degree in business management, data science, finance, or economics.
