About the role
Manage the equity program including cap table accuracy and grant administration. Collaborate with Finance, Legal and People teams to ensure compliance and clear communication.
What you’ll do
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready cap table. • Issue grants and handle exercises and leavers. • Support 409A and local valuations. • Answer employee equity questions. • Automate repetitive equity tasks using AI.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with equity administration platforms like Carta. • Administer equity across multiple jurisdictions. • Strong knowledge of stock options, RSUs, vesting schedules. • Reconcile equity data with Payroll and Accounting. • Work authorization for Central Europe or Eastern US.
