About the role
Manage and resolve critical student issues across LATAM, ensuring positive experiences and mitigating risks. Protect company reputation and negotiate effective solutions.
What you’ll do
• Investigate escalated student cases thoroughly. • Communicate and de-escalate high-friction situations. • Negotiate agreements to prevent further escalation. • Identify and manage reputational and legal risks. • Coordinate with teams for timely resolution.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ year in customer service or escalations. • Experience with difficult customers and sensitive complaints. • Handle legal and reputational risk cases. • Fluent Spanish and proficient English. • Proficient with Slack, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Google Workspace.
