About the role
Manage property portfolios, source and market properties, support landlords and help clients find suitable homes. Deliver exceptional client service with technical expertise and organization.
What you’ll do
• Conduct property inspections and tenancy check-ins/check-outs. • Advise landlords on property and tenancy issues. • Prepare financial and operational reports. • Manage rent reviews, arrears, and tenancy renewals. • Market properties and screen tenant applications.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management. • 2–3 years relevant property management experience. • Certification with professional bodies is an advantage. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
