About the role
Lead Evidence Action's evidence function and ensure reliability of evidence guiding program design and scale. Drive strategic growth of Monitoring, Learning, Evaluation, Cost-Effectiveness, and epidemiology teams.
What you’ll do
• Lead holistic evidence function across program lifecycle. • Serve as technical thought partner organization-wide. • Oversee evidence teams ensuring coherent analysis. • Institutionalize monitoring and learning in programs. • Set cross-program evidence strategy with leadership.
What you’ll bring
• PhD or equivalent quantitative expertise. • Experience in cost-effectiveness or health economics. • Strong leadership and change management skills. • Technical leadership in low- and middle-income contexts. • Work authorization for Nigeria or preferred office countries.
