About the role
Serve as the primary face and operational controller for the office using modern digital tools. Streamline guest experiences and optimize office workflows.
What you’ll do
• Serve as executive ambassador delivering professional guest experience. • Manage guest check-ins and appointment scheduling digitally. • Answer and route calls and emails efficiently. • Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets. • Maintain internal digital databases and administrative SOPs.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • 1-3 years front desk or customer service experience. • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, Zoom. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
