About the role

What you’ll do
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures. • Monitor food stock levels and inform management. • Inspect ingredients and finished products for quality. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE with 2-3 years experience. • Proven experience as Cook or Chef in hospitality. • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
