About the role
Responsible for managing, maintaining, and operating company facilities including residential and accommodation units. Ensures safety, functionality, and cost-effective service delivery to tenants and stakeholders.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate day-to-day facility operations and customer service. • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. • Prepare maintenance budgets and monitor costs. • Supervise contractors, vendors, and facility personnel.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in related discipline. • Minimum 3 years experience in facilities management. • Knowledge of building systems and safety regulations. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
