About the role
Lead and manage all factory operations ensuring efficient, compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
What you’ll do
• Own factory P&L and operations. • Develop and execute business and production plans. • Ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance. • Oversee supply chain and warehouse management. • Lead and develop factory leadership team.
What you’ll bring
• B.Pharm, M.Sc or B.Eng degree. • 6 years manufacturing experience, 3 as manager. • Registered Pharmacist or strong regulatory knowledge. • Experience with ERP/SAP, cGMP, ISO 9001. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
