About the role
Lead and manage all factory operations ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective pharmaceutical manufacturing. Oversee production, quality, engineering, warehouse, and safety functions aligned with regulatory standards.
What you’ll do
• Own factory P&L and operations. • Develop and execute business and production plans. • Ensure cGMP compliance and audit readiness. • Manage preventive maintenance and utilities. • Lead manpower and safety culture initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• B.Pharm or B.Eng degree in relevant field. • 6 years manufacturing experience, 3 as manager. • Registered Pharmacist or strong regulatory knowledge. • Proven multi-product plant management. • Experience with ERP/SAP, cGMP, ISO 9001, Lean. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
