About the role
Provide expert patient education and support for Rett community throughout treatment journey. Serve as dedicated contact for families and caregivers to help patients start and stay on therapy.
What you’ll do
• Provide disease state and therapy education to Rett community. • Determine patient and caregiver needs and provide resources. • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners. • Provide insights to internal stakeholders to develop educational tools. • Attend community events and moderate caregiver programs.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, RN/MSN/MBA a plus. • 5+ years pharmaceutical or patient access experience. • 2+ years patient support or leadership experience. • Must meet local, state, federal vaccination requirements. • Ability to travel up to 70%.
