• Review and provide feedback on AI-generated federal IT content. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network incidents. • Contribute insights to AI technical guidance and training. • Evaluate and refine AI-generated technical documentation. • Support incident response simulations to improve AI performance.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years federal IT experience (GS-2210 or equivalent). • Proven info security compliance with federal frameworks. • Expertise in diagnosing hardware, software, network issues. • Experience with federal documentation and assessments. • Work authorization for United States federal projects.
