About the role
Lead the architecture and development of autonomous agent systems. Build multi-agent orchestration and AI-powered backend services.
What you’ll do
• Own system architecture and make key technical decisions. • Design and build multi-agent orchestration infrastructure. • Develop self-improving agent harnesses and feedback loops. • Build AI-powered backend services using LLM APIs. • Write production code and improve AI behavior in production.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years professional software engineering experience. • Technical leadership at early-stage company. • Experience building multi-agent systems to production. • Strong backend engineering and API design skills. • Experience with LLM-based systems and prompt engineering. • Hands-on with AI coding agents like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.
