About the role
Oversee the entire housekeeping operations ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Manage and motivate the housekeeping team while maintaining hotel standards.
What you’ll do
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of housekeeping equipment. • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas. • Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff. • Monitor inventory and control housekeeping supplies usage. • Respond promptly to guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 5 years hospitality experience, 2-3 years supervisory role. • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality or related field. • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and inventory control. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
