About the role
Serve as the primary bridge between product vision, customer strategy, and field execution. Partner with C-suite executives to shape Experience Management and AI strategies.
What you’ll do
• Create and deploy new enterprise solution architectures and AI use cases. • Partner with Sales Engineering on largest enterprise opportunities. • Package successful engagements into repeatable sales plays. • Establish feedback loop between customers and Product teams. • Present at industry conferences and executive advisory sessions.
What you’ll bring
• Proven track record in enterprise solution architecture or Field CTO roles. • Experience with AI, data strategy, cloud, CRM, or CDP environments. • Hands-on advising C-level executives on digital transformation. • Building repeatable intellectual property and enablement programs. • Cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
