About the role
Drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products in Northern Europe. Support public safety sectors with technology deployment and integration.
What you’ll do
• Become technical expert on Axon ecosystem. • Serve as liaison between Axon and customers. • Manage tickets and RMA processes. • Coordinate regular customer calls. • Facilitate installation and commissioning.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills. • Strong technical foundation in networking and SaaS. • Ability to legally live and travel in territory. • Experience with Windows and enterprise software. • Ability to build strong organizational partnerships.
