About the role
The Field Service Engineer ensures quick resolution of complex customer challenges and supports team knowledge. The role involves service, repair, installation, and testing of products at customer sites within the UK and EMEA regions.
What you’ll do
• Perform service, repair, installation, and testing at customer sites. • Diagnose system failures and identify cost-effective solutions. • Respond to customer service requests in assigned territory. • Support development of new service or product agreements. • Collaborate across teams to improve processes and sustain standards.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Engineering Degree or similar. • Fluent in English; regional language preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. • Ability to travel up to 70% within South UK and EMEA.
