About the role
Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in assigned territory. Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled while exceeding customer expectations.
What you’ll do
• Perform scheduled maintenance and system inspections. • Troubleshoot and repair Intuitive products within timeframes. • Coordinate system delivery and installation. • Complete administrative duties timely. • Support sales and provide customer phone support.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in science or technical engineering or 2-4 years experience. • Strong communication skills in local language and English. • Good interpersonal and administrative skills. • Knowledge of Operating Room protocol preferred. • Ability to travel up to 50-70%.
