About the role
Build and manage Lenol's finance function from scratch, including accounting systems and financial reporting. Support financial analysis and investor reporting in a fast-growing clean energy startup.
What you’ll do
• Set up accounting software and bookkeeping structure. • Develop accounting policies and internal controls. • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliations. • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. • Support audits and investor due diligence.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years accounting or finance experience. • Experience building accounting systems from scratch. • Proficient with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software. • Knowledge of Nigerian accounting standards and taxation. • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
