About the role
Lead finance for M&A programs, capital deployment, and present to the Board's Investment Committee. Support budgeting and performance tracking for acquired centers.
What you’ll do
• Lead deal finance end-to-end including valuation and diligence. • Coordinate with Business Development, sellers, advisors, and Operations. • Set post-close KPIs and run lookbacks against underwriting. • Underwrite growth and capital projects. • Provide budgeting and forecasting for acquired centers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 4+ years finance experience with hands-on M&A execution. • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills. • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and board. • Work authorization for United States (no visa sponsorship).
