About the role
Lead the financial strategy and planning to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Manage and develop the finance team while collaborating with other departments to optimize costs.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement financial strategy. • Prepare annual budgets and financial plans. • Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements. • Partner with retail, procurement, and sales teams. • Lead and mentor finance team members.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related. • Minimum six years finance experience. • At least three years in senior or leadership role. • Higher degree or ACA/ACCA certification is a plus.
