About the role
The Finance Officer assists the Deputy Finance Coordinator with finance and cash management activities. The role ensures secure cash handling and accurate financial reporting at the base level.
What you’ll do
• Guarantee security of cash and confidentiality. • Monitor payment due dates for contracts. • Prepare weekly cash forecast and requests. • Control petty cash management. • Prepare monthly accounting closure and bank reconciliation.
What you’ll bring
• Work authorization for Nigeria. • Experience in finance and cash management. • Ability to prepare financial forecasts and reports. • Knowledge of donor rules and regulations. • Team management and supervision skills.
